Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation/ Refund Policy-Important!!

By registering online for one of our workshops/seminars/special events, you will be required to read and agree to this Cancellation policy.  The terms of the Cancellation policy are stated below.  If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us BEFORE you register for one of our workshops.

Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing (e-mail, fax, letter).  Cancellations received no later than 45 days before the first day of the event will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee.  Cancellations received no later than 30 days prior to the start of the event will receive a refund of 25% of the registration fee.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 30 days before the first day of the event.  This policy is without exception.
